Travel: Some travel to Switzerland, not much

Skills Required:

Program Management of large portfolio of projects within, from Airline Domain and exposure to Cloud Migration / Development programs.

Preference to Azure and IBM though other cloud platforms should also be Ok.
Role:
-
15-20 years of IT experience & Minimum managed 2 programs of high complexity with cloud dev/migration and in Agile or Managed services.

Experience in Travel Domain and in particular Airline domain

Experience in Fixed Price Projects

Experience in Engineering (dev, test ) aspects, CI/CD and DevOps concepts
-
Expertise in Program Management of multiple tracks running concurrently, Knowledge Areas including Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Communication Management, and Cost Management, conflict handling

Strong governance and reporting skills and action-oriented to resolve conflicts, risks, dependencies and move forward to achieve the program objectives

Strong Customer engagement, stakeholder management skills and team management capabilities

Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

Handled Team sizes in the range of 60-200
Responsibilities:
-
Customer Management and engagement with diverse stakeholders to ensure great customer satisfaction

Understand the requirements and conceptualize the Execution model and deliver the program, possibly in a multi-vendor setup as per customer stated metrics

Program Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control
-
Scope Management, Risk Management & Change Control Management at individual tracks to be supervised and guide the project managers there.

Status Reporting – Internal and External
-
Financial Management and financial overall health of the program.
